How To Get Your First Pull Up
Achieving your first pull up is a common goal for most gym goers. And for good reason. The pull up is a fantastic upper body exercise. Seeing more people able to bang out pull ups would make me very happy.
With that in mind, here’s a short video demonstrating the steps you need to take in order to achieve your very first pull up.
Here’s the deal. You must action what you see in the video above. There is no point having new found knowledge and then not using it. Application is key.
The key to getting better is practice. Doing these drills once per week will help. Doing them 3-5 times a week will be better. It all depends how badly you want achieve your first pull up. If you want it then you’ll practice often.
