How To Get Your First Muscle Up
The muscle up is arguably the king of all upper body exercises. Not only does it require a certain amount of strength but it will also turn a few heads.
Below I’ve put together a short instructional video on how to build up to your first muscle up. Implement each step and you’ll be well on your way.
Here’s the deal. You must action what you see in the video above. There is no point having new found knowledge and then not using it. Application is key.
The key to getting better is practice. Doing these drills once per week will help. Doing them 3-5 times a week will be better. It all depends how badly you want achieve your muscle up. If you want it then you’ll practice often.
