Change Your Coffee To Get In Better Shape
Could changing your daily coffee help you get in better shape?
I saw a client today who had been advised to have her daily latte with whole milk instead of skimmed milk.
Each large whole milk latte has 114 calories more than the skinny equivalent.
If she has one per day that’s a whopping 798 calories more per week.
An extra 3192 calories per month. Which is almost a pound of fat.
That one seemingly insignificant decision could be the difference between making progress or remaining the same.
It’s a simple, easy dietary change.
She still gets her latte and she saves calories in the process.
Moral of the story: you might not count the calories, but the calories certainly count on you.
Simple changes can make all the difference.
Don’t undo all your hard work by making poor choices.
