Foods That Cut Stomach Fat
Wouldn’t it be great if that were true?
I mean, I love food. So do most of my clients. I imagine you do too.
But alas there is no certain food that will help you lose stomach fat.
Or any fat for that matter.
The foods in this picture can absolutely be eaten on a fat loss diet and they’re all pretty good choices….
BUT what matters for fat loss is that you are in a calorie deficit (eating less than you burn)
If you do that, then pretty much any food can help you lose fat
Foods like oats, eggs, salmon and almonds are all nutrient dense and will help keep you fuller for longer
This makes it easier to control your calories and lose fat
BUT there is nothing magic about them
You can still overeat on “good” foods it’s just harder to do so
Focus on consuming wholesome, quality foods 90% of the time and control your portion sizes
Don’t worry about so called “magic” foods
