Time Is Not An Issue – Your Priorities Are Wrong

This may hurt. I don’t care. Perhaps if it does hurt you need to review your priorities. Also, if you take words on a blog offensively then you probably need to stop being a whiny little bitch.

Every day you play the game of life, you do things that either make you better or worse. Every day you either have a positive or negative impact on your health and fitness.

The majority of people aren’t taking this seriously enough. I know it. You know it. You only have to take a look around to see that the majority of people are fat, lazy and out of shape.

If you are currently part of that large percentile then why aren’t you doing something about it?

Don’t tell me. I’ll guess.

1) You’re too busy at work.
2) You’ve got friends to see.
3) The games on.
4) You’ll do it tomorrow.

Sound familiar?

All the above is bollocks. There are 168 hours in a week. Are you telling me that you haven’t got 3 hours spare across the board to get some exercise in and start improving your health & fitness?

Is it that difficult?

In modern society people complain about never having time to exercise yet the average time spent consuming stuff on TV is around 30 hours per week. 30 hours. That’s more than a whole day of your life – per week – sat on your arse watching junk.


Yet you will hear these same people say that they find it difficult to find 3 hours a week to work on themselves.

That doesn’t make sense. People have got their priorities all messed up. It’s a sad state of affairs.

People want to improve. They want to look better. They want to feel good about themselves. They want to be more confident. But taking the road most travelled is the easy thing to do. Following the norm is comfortable. It’s easy. People are scared of putting in the work and becoming more.

If you can’t find 3 hours a week to go the gym or take part in a hobby I have no sympathy for you. Anyone can find 3 hours. Your priorities are wrong.

Sit down right now with a pen and paper and find those 3 hours. Then plan into your week. You have to just start. Taking action will lead to more motivation. Just do something.

Whilst people are sat wasting their life you have the chance to develop yourself. You have the potential to become more.

This is your chance to get better.

If you want to spend 30 hours a week watching shit on TV then that’s on you. But don’t complain about having no time. You’ve lost that right.

Go do something with your life. Find out what you’re capable of.

Look. I have no idea what’s going on in your life right now. I know full well that isn’t always easy. Shit happens. But I’m here to tell you that you can’t afford to not take your own health seriously.

The benefits of looking after the way you look and feel far out way the negatives. And that isn’t just for your own damn good. It’s for the people around you that you care about too.

If you feel better about yourself then you do better. If you do better, you act better. Result? Your relationships improve.

You need to start being more selfish with your health and fitness. Start taking your own life seriously.
