Thank you so much for visiting the Strongfident website. My name is Jack Coulson. I’m a personal trainer, online fitness coach and Ben & Jerry’s lover.

(That last bit isn’t a joke.)

What Is Strongfident?

I created Strongfident to make health & fitness as simple and honest as possible.

There is a lot of misinformation in the world of fitness and at times it can be hard to know what you should be doing.

I am here to help you with that.

My aim is to provide you with quality and hopefully entertaining videos that you are able to apply right away.

Strongfident isn’t aimed at bodybuilders or athletes. It’s aimed regular people who just want to look better naked, get stronger and feel better about themselves.

I want to show you how you can make health and fitness a fun part of your life – not something that takes over your life.
