How To Pick Better Protein Based Snacks
The two most important aspects of your fat loss diet are:
- Being in a calorie deficit – eating less than your burn
- Consuming enough protein – 2g per KG of bodyweight

If you can do the above two things consistently, you will be well on your way to getting results.
So, with that in mind, it makes sense when buying snacks to pick the ones with the highest protein to calorie ratio. Right?
The thing is, companies are sneaky. They market things as “protein” based to sell more products.
A lot of the time these products aren’t a great choice at all.
