Let’s face it; life happens. That’s okay. Sometimes you can’t control it. But there are certain things you can control. One of those is how you react when you slip up on your diet.
And I’ll be honest with you, at some point you will slip up on your diet. It’s human nature. It’s going to happen. Accepting that and allowing yourself to be okay with that is going to help you be successful with your health & fitness goals.
The key is what you do when you do slip up on your diet. Are you going to let it spiral out of control? Or are you going to move on and get back on track?
